The town of Corbett is most easily reached from I-84 at exit 22. It sits along the Historic Columbia River Highway as it runs along the top of the southern bluff of

The Gorge. The town was named after Senator Henry Winslow Corbett who owned a farm nearby. It's first post office was established in 1895.
Today, Corbett is a peaceful, active community of family farms and businesses that just happen to be down the road from some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.
